  I use to really love Kelsey’s, we would frequently come here for date nights before it closed. Last week my girlfriends and I decided to give it a go again. Our service was terrible. It took us 20 minutes to be seated in a restaurant that was not busy, our waitress took 40 minutes to have our drinks to the table. We ordered 2 Caesars, two cocktails and two waters. After finally receiving our drinks we waited another 45 minutes to even have our Apps delivered to our table. My friend ordered a burger and the inside of the burger was red. Our food was soggy and terrible. The waitress checked on us one time throughout the whole evening. The whole experience was terrible and I won’t be returning here unless something changes.

  It took us 20 minutes just to get our two drinks which were just two beers. The waitress kept coming back towards us then pretending she was doing something or coming to the table 3 times to tell us she was going to get our drinks. The flatbread was mediocre and the fries were very dry. I feel as if kelseys has gone down hill in the past couple years. We also saw what I presume the manager, reprimanding two employees right in front of tables. Not impressed.

  Excellent service. Staff super friendly. Food is delicious and comes out on a timely manner. Environment is cozy and Excellent parking. Worth going back again.
