  Just went through drivethru 25 min ago, and was met with friendly service as usual. Only issue was my wrap was prepared without any eggs in it! Kind of disappointing breakfast of just tomato cheese and kale inside a wrap. I tried to call the store, but there was no answer for ten+ rings. Maybe someone will see this that was on shift this morning?

  This was the worst customer service experienced of any Mc Donalds. A very young unexperienced, rude manager to say the least. Complained to the manager that there were flies in the ketchup spout but no action, nuggets were old so we asked for a new batch to be made, waited at least 15 minutes to make a new batch, complained to the manager and she said there were other orders that were ahead of us, they ordered after us but they were served first. When we raised our concern, the Manager continued to arrange food turning her back to us... What a joke.. McDonald's got it way wrong here in my opinion. If this is the best available Manager that they have to offer, all I can say is too bad for Stratford..... Hopefully it was just an off day...
