Absolutely horrible experience. Don't bring your self or your family to this sorry excuse trying to pass off as a Swiss chalet. Ordered chicken wings and they came to the table ice cold. I said I didn't want them and they said they would fix them. Microwaving the meal is not 'fixing it'. Didn't provided moist towelettes or hot bowls to wash fingers. I blame the locals for not complaining with their wallets to let this abomination to continue in Stratford. For shame.

Great food. Family friendly atmosphere. Reasonable price. Fairly quick for a sit-down restaurant. Decent variety of meal options.
