I was VERY underwhelmed when I ate here. As a self-proclaimed Shawarma connoisseur, I seek that full flavored shawarma. I was pretty hyped about Villa Shawarma, based on reviews...what a shock to see the prices (with a basic wrap at $10 while a full plate at every other place I've been to in that range while wraps are $5-$7) and the chicken which should be full on with all that Levantine flavor...fall flat. The establishment was bright, open and VERY clean. Also the staff was friendly and charming. As an overall experience, I really longed for more from the meal. Tasted very basic. Really too bad.

Very fast service, staff are very friendly and the chicken shawarma poutine was delicious. Definitely will recommend this place to friends and family visiting Stratford.
